About The Role
We are looking to bring in a very small cohort of driven, high-ownership Talent Acquisition Interns who want real exposure to fast-paced hiring across media, startups, and new-age businesses.
This is not a shadow internship. You will work directly on live roles, speak with candidates, build pipelines, and understand how modern recruiting businesses operate.
This role is ideal for someone serious about building a long-term career in recruiting, HR, or talent strategy.

- Do extensive research on various skills, domains, and job families.
- Source and shortlist candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
