Responsibilities
- Administrative support: updating and correcting local databases.
- Sorting and returning products.
- Patient care support: reviewing and filtering email inbox, sorting emails, verifying data.
- Managing telephone calls.
Requirements
- Medium level proficiency in Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Proactivity, commitment, and desire to take on new challenges.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Organizational capacity.
- No prior work experience required; experience in similar internships or customer service positions is valued.
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s or equivalent degree; preferably in Social Sciences.
- English proficiency: high level in reading, writing, and speaking.
