Intern – Forward Deployed Engineering

Responsibilities

• Direct collaboration with the Tricle AI platform’s SMB and enterprise clients to gather in-depth product feedback from the field
• Identify gaps and translate customer needs into concrete product improvements
• Contribute to platform development: help build, test, and deploy features together with the engineering team
• Customer onboarding: define ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), map sales processes, and set up projects
• Serve as the bridge between customer reality and the product roadmap
• Build and operate GTM infrastructure: sourcing, AI workflows, CRM integrations, and external infrastructures
• Create automations for Clayground’s own sales and marketing efforts

Requirements

• Recent completion of a master’s degree from a top‑tier university (exceptional bachelor’s degrees and/or prior internships may also be considered)
