Intern – Data Encoding & Document Management

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized College Student who's looking for an internship to assist with member data management. The ideal candidate will help ensure accurate encoding and digital filing of membership records in our system.

Key Responsibilities

• Encode member information into thesystem accurately and efficiently
• Scan and upload Membership Application Forms (MAF) into the system
• Maintain proper filing and organization of electronic documents
• Assist the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business Administration, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations
• Detail-oriented with good accuracy and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
