What will you do?
The successful candidate will provide a strong supporting function to the Corporate Accounting team. Below are some examples of things you would be working on:
- Assist in quarterly financial reporting and regulatory compliance;
- Assist with reporting to internal stakeholders;
- Assist with preparing routine journal entries and performance of bank reconciliations as part of the monthly and quarterly corporate accounting close process;
- Assist with filling out Statistics Canada surveys; and
- Assist management with ad hoc and special projects as needed.
What type of experience do you have?
In addition to your collaborative mindset and positive attitude, you need to be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, with a focus on Finance, Business, or Accounting with a desire to pursue an accounting designation. The following are your keys to your success with us:
