Job DescriptionThe Continuous Improvement Intern will support the El Carmen Manufacturing Facility in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. This role offers hands‑on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Assist in mapping current state processes and identifying areas for improvement within manufacturing operations.
- Collect and analyze data to quantify process inefficiencies and potential gains from proposed improvements.
- Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Participate in cross‑functional teams to identify root causes of problems and develop effective solutions.
