Key Responsibilities
- Support the Compliance team in the preparation and review of quarterly F2F training reports, including list management and control documentation.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking employee completion rates of mandatory online compliance trainings across Mexico.
- Develop and update content for the internal platform (MySchaeffler), ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Support the communication plan by helping create and manage content for awareness campaigns related to compliance topics.
- Assist in activities related to Personal Data Protection compliance controls.
- Provide support in drafting and reviewing English-Spanish translations of compliance-related materials.
- Collaborate on specific projects and initiatives within the Compliance department as needed.
