Your Tasks

  • Support our portfolio companies in the transformation of their sales and/or marketing organisation and the implementation of defined measures on site
  • Analyse problems and develop concrete improvement initiatives and implement them on your own responsibility
  • Realise practical quick wins and minimise cash bleeding
  • Work with the local team and Mutares colleagues to develop a sales strategy to increase sales and profitability, e.g. by entering new markets, introducing new products and adjusting prices
  • Review and evaluate the customer base and product portfolio and help implement rationalisation and/or repositioning
  • Also gain experience through regular interaction with other functional areas of the Mutares team on site (production, finance, supply chain, etc.)
