Intern, Capital Markets Living (Madrid)

JLL supports the Whole You, personally and professionally. We are looking for an Intern to join our Operational Living team within the Capital Markets team in Madrid.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team fully dedicated to transactional and equity advisory deals around the Student Housing, Flex‑living and Senior‑living verticals within the Living segment (where Multifamily, Healthcare and NPL Portfolios are part of it as well), taking responsibility on the result and delivery of your work, being the main contact both for clients and the rest of the Living team in Capital Market in Madrid's office.

What this job involves

• You will give support to the Operational Living team dedicated to each project, ensuring consistency and quality of the work delivered. You will have direct contact to clients.
• You will understand our clients' demands from different points of view, mainly: Investment modelling and commercial real estate analysis.
