Intern, Capacity Planning (8 months)

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support the Capacity Planning team. The intern will assist with planning activities, reporting, documentation, data analysis, and coordination tasks to help improve operational visibility and efficiency. This position is required to be fully on-site based at 50 Pemberton Avenue, North Vancouver.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Capacity Planning team in data collection, analysis, and reporting activities.
• Assist with updating and maintaining workforce, workstation, and production loading reports.
• Help prepare weekly and monthly capacity planning presentations and dashboards.
• Coordinate and track production, transportation, and footprint planning data from different stakeholders.
• Support schedule analysis and identify potential bottlenecks, risks, and resource constraints.
