About the Internship
We are seeking Mexican talent interested in a 4- to 6-month internship at Four Seasons Cabo del Sol. The internship offers more than traditional experience; it provides a chance to discover your potential, build connections, and contribute to exceptional guest experiences in a luxury resort setting.
What You Will Learn & Do
You will gain hands‑on support across various resort operations including People & Culture, Finance, Purchasing, Front Office, Restaurants, Kitchen, Engineering, Residences, and Events. You will develop skills in hospitality software systems such as Workday, FS Chat, OpenTable, Golden, HotSOS, Opera, BirchStreet, and telephone systems. Throughout the internship you will learn to handle sensitive information with discretion, navigate real‑world operational challenges, and collaborate with leadership to deliver service that aligns with Four Seasons standards.
