Job Responsibilities
- Work with interior designers, engineers, and other stakeholders on the update of brand standards and design guidelines.
- Compile and create technical benchmark for student accommodation projects.
- Review and refine ISO procedures for management contracts and turnkey projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new projects in Australia and the Middle East.
- Degree or diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
- Strong flair for design and aesthetics.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, and SketchUp.
- Ability to commit full-time for at least 3 months.
