This position focuses on resolving hardware, software, and access-related issues through phone, chat, and email channels. It offers the opportunity for contract extension or conversion to full-time employment based on performance and need.
Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, Working Hours: Remote unless needed to come into office; required if equipment issues.
