Step into an impactful role with Thales Canada Inc as an Intermediate System Configuration Engineer. This hybrid or on-site position in Ottawa or Halifax focuses on overseeing Engineering Change and Configuration Management processes.
As a key member of the Engineering team, you will support Configuration Management (CM) across Development and In-Service Support (ISS) programs. Your primary focus will involve ensuring governance, traceability, and integrity of engineering changes. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in technical changes and collaborate with various teams to maintain product baselines effectively.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage the end-to-end engineering change process • Support Change Control Board meetings and technical analysis • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in documentation • Evaluate Engineering Change Proposals for safety and technical impact • Drive continuous improvements in Configuration Management practices
