Intermediate Software Developer, Vortex

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the reliability, availability, scalability, and performance of cloud services.
• Own and maintain Infrastructure as Code for cloud environments.
• Own and maintain CI/CD pipelines, service deployment, rollback, and release operations.
• Automate repetitive cloud operations and infrastructure maintenance tasks.
• Take part in the cloud services on‑call rotation and respond to production incidents, including triage, mitigation, escalation, service recovery, and follow‑up improvements.
• Troubleshoot cloud, deployment, networking, configuration, and simple backend service issues.

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience with at least one major cloud platform, preferably AWS.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or similar.
• Experience with Feature Flag Service such as Launchdarkly or PostHog, or similar.
