About the Role Tykans Group is a boutique Genesys Cloud partner. We design, build, and deploy contact centre solutions for large-market and enterprise clients, and we develop our own products that integrate seamlessly with the Genesys platform.
We are looking for a passionate Genesys Cloud CX Developer who is ready to do deep, rewarding work. You will build and configure Genesys Architect flows, lead complex integrations, and drive migrations that create real impact for the clients you serve. Design and develop Voice, Chat, Email, SMS, and Digital routing solutions using Genesys Cloud Architect.
