Intermediate / Senior Contract Administrator

INTERMEDIATE / SENIOR CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR (CONSTRUCTION) JOB

Reporting to the Managing Director of Projects as an Intermediate/Senior Contract Administrator, you will use your 10+ years of experience to visit job sites and work with clients, municipalities, and project managers in the preparation and review of Contract Documents and in resolving contractual and construction issues.

Key Responsibilities of Contract Administrator (Construction)

• An Intermediate/Senior Construction Contract Administrator will be responsible for the administration of all project sizes.
• Maintain regular communication with project managers, designers, field inspectors, contractors, property owners and clients daily throughout the construction period to ensure project goals are met.
• Assess the drawings and specifications produced by GGA and provide answers to Contractor questions.
