WestJet is seeking a Intermediate Quality Assurance Analyst to join our IT-Airport Solutions Delivery team. This role requires a high standard of excellence, a passion for challenges, and results-driven mindset. The incumbent will work in an Agile environment, taking day‑to‑day ownership of quality tasks for projects, products, and systems. Responsibilities include test case development and execution, defect management, coordination of testing activities, and development of automation strategies. The role will also help evolve the quality processes within the larger QMO team and influence improvements in development processes, with a significant focus on finding and implementing automation opportunities that optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.
