A project manager with 8 to 12 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a large-scale transformation program within the banking or life insurance sector. The candidate must have led complex projects from start to finish (scope, budget, risks, stakeholders, closure) and coordinated the integration of several interdependent workstreams. The ideal candidate is autonomous, drives deliverables without follow-up, and takes initiative in an ambiguous environment. On-site presence 2 days/week is required and non-negotiable. Experience as a program PO (cross-functional backlog, multi-workstream perspective) is an asset but not a selection criterion.
