Intermediate Project Controller (Airdrie)

We are seeking an Intermediate Project Controller to join our dynamic consulting environment and support the successful delivery of multiple projects across diverse clients and sectors.

Responsibilities

• Own financial tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis for a portfolio of assigned projects, ensuring accurate and timely visibility of project performance.
• Develop, maintain, and explain project forecasts, including Estimate at Completion (EAC), and clearly articulate drivers of forecast changes.
• Investigate root causes of cost and schedule variances across projects and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate risks, prevent write-offs, and protect project profitability.
• Conduct regular reviews of time entries and cost allocations across projects, resolving discrepancies and reinforcing cost discipline.
