Intermediate Geotechnical Engineer - Ottawa

Role

As part of Egis' growth into North America, the Geotechnical group is expanding its service offerings in Eastern Ontario. This role focuses on foundation engineering, pavement design, and project management for a wide range of private and public sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Direct interaction with clients, managing relationships throughout project terms.
• Provide technical advice and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Oversee the proposal process, including cost estimation for public and private sector markets.
• Project manage geotechnical investigation and design assignments, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, safety, and cost control.
• Conduct geotechnical analysis, design, and reporting.
• Liaise and collaborate with other disciplines within Egis on joint proposals and projects.
