AECOM is seeking a highly motivated intermediate Geotechnical Engineer with experience in tailings dam design for tailings management projects across Canada and elsewhere. This role emphasizes technical aptitude and project execution to ensure technical excellence and compliance with regulatory standards in tailings management. Technical Leadership

Design, analyze, and oversee construction of tailings dams, embankments, and related infrastructure. Conduct geotechnical analyses, including slope stability, seepage, liquefaction, and settlement evaluations. Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for tailings facilities, addressing challenges such as seepage, slope stability, liquefaction, and water management.
