Intermediate Collections Associate, Accounts Receivable

UPS in Colombia seeks a Collections Specialist to manage accounts receivable, improve cash flow, and reduce delinquencies. The role involves coordinating with customers, outside agencies, and internal teams to resolve payment issues and optimize collections processes.

The position requires a bachelor’s or technical degree, strong organizational skills, and experience in collections or customer service. French proficiency is preferred. Working hours are 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., permanent status.
