Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with building codes and requirements
• Review modification requests to adjust standard plans
• Produce and maintain documentation packages and drawing sets
• Gather and prepare site plans and building permit applications
• Submit drawings for engineering certification and developer approval
Requirements:
• Diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
• At least 1 year of drafting and design experience
