A mid-sized, full-service Architecture and Interior Design firm in the suburbs of Chicago is looking to add an Intermediate Architect to their team!
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural, civil, landscape, and specialty vendors)Develop detailed construction documents and technical specificationsAssist with client communicationReview shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersConduct site visits and field observations during constructionAssist with construction administration related tasksRequirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture 5+ years of professional experienceAbility to jump into construction documents without supervisionProficiency in AutoCAD (required); Revit, SketchUp, Lumion (a plus)Applicable projects: commercial, multi-family, single-family, vet clinics, car dealershipsJob Type & Location...
