Position Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Intermediate Accounting Assistant to join our dealership accounting team. This role supports the Controller in managing accounting functions within our dealership group, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in automotive dealership accounting, with hands‑on experience in processing car deals, accounts receivable (A/R), and accounts payable (A/P).
Key Responsibilities
- Commission and process new and used car deals, ensuring compliance with internal and manufacturer requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized deal jackets and related documentation.
- Perform A/R functions, including posting customer payments, reconciling accounts, and managing outstanding balances.
