Summary
This position will be held by a qualified Accountant with at least 2 years Australian professional experience in a Chartered Accounting firm. This is a semi-autonomous role assisting with all aspects of a client base, including attending to the daily accounting needs and requirements of clients, overseeing or attending to the preparation and completion of financial statements and income tax returns, and managing the lodgment program for a portfolio of clients.
The Intermediate Accountant will be responsible for WIP management and assisting with the billing process.
It is also expected they will make contributions and assume the responsibility of suggesting improvements and reporting deficiencies in performance to company Principals with the objective of continually improving the firm’s work practices and efficiencies.
