Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Prepare design drawings, construction drawings, 3D/4D renderings, and other design deliverables in compliance with project requirements, rules, and regulations.
- Prepare and support Material Take-Off (MTO) from design drawings, construction drawings, approved layouts, and project specifications.
- Identify and quantify required materials, finishes, furniture, fittings, fixtures, accessories, and other interior fit-out items based on project drawings and specifications.
- Ensure MTO details are accurate, complete, and aligned with the latest approved drawings and design revisions.
- Coordinate with the Commercial, Procurement, Production, Engineering, and Site teams to clarify material requirements, quantities, specifications, and drawing discrepancies.
