This position provides ID support and project management to the company.
Responsibilities- Recognize and understand clients’ design requirements.
- Prepare on space planning for commercial offices, residential and retail spaces.
- Liaison with suppliers and contractors
- Liaise with client's representatives with regards to all site matters with proper documentation
- Manage projects to meet deadlines and budgets
- Project planning and coordination (including the design conceptualization, materials and colour scheme specifications)
- Presentation of design proposal
- Managing clients
- Technical skills (such as Sketchup, Autocad)
- Cost management during WIP
Experienced or Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too.
