We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 2 years of relevant design experience. Candidates should have strong knowledge of design development, drawings, materials, space planning, and client coordination. Role Responsibilities Develop creative design concepts and translate client briefs into cohesive interior proposals that meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements.
Prepare schematic layouts, space plans, furniture plans, and detailed design drawings to communicate design intent clearly.
Create technical and execution drawings, details, schedules, and specifications required for construction and procurement.
Produce 2D drawings and 3D visualizations/renderings (SketchUp or similar) to support client presentations and approvals.
Specify materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, and FF&E; prepare sample boards and product schedules.
