We're looking for an experienced Interior Design Lead with 10+ years in the industry to take charge of projects from concept to completion.
This role is perfect for someone who can confidently present designs to clients and consultants, lead a creative team, and ensure high-quality production deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full interior design process—from initial concept and space planning to final execution
Present design proposals to clients, consultants, and stakeholders with confidence and clarity
Oversee and mentor a design team responsible for producing detailed drawings and project documents
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure projects meet design intent, quality standards, and timelines
Review, refine, and approve design outputs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals
