HR Manager- 6 Month Contract

Position Details:

• Location: Winnipeg, MB
• Type: Contract
• Work Arrangement: On-site
• Reporting: Regional Director of Human Resources
• Scope: Greater Winnipeg market, supporting 5 commercial truck dealerships and over 200 team members

Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:

• Attention to detail in all forms of communication, written and verbal
• Operational HR functions, recruitment, Health & Safety, development, culture and engagement
• Manage the Recruiting and On-Boarding process for all new employees including our one-day Rev up Program
• Administer employee recognition program (OC Tanner)
• Manage the Performance Review process by running monthly status reports to ensure completion
• Schedules require training for employees and follows up with employees and managers to ensure training is completed
