This role is based in the Switzerland with a hybrid working arrangement. You will oversee a team of senior technical managers and subject matter experts, driving technical excellence across a diverse portfolio of product modalities and a global external manufacturing network. This is a pivotal leadership position that will influence manufacturing strategy, technical innovation, and long-term product supply reliability.
