We have partnered with a global software business on their search for an experienced investment banker to join their Corporate Development team, on a 6-month fixed contract. The role has strong potential to be made permanent and can be either Sydney or Melbourne based.

The Opportunity
This is a senior, high-visibility mandate, working closely with executive leadership and reporting directly to the Chief Corporate Development Officer (UK-based). The role will play a key part in the execution of upcoming transactions across the APAC market and beyond.
