You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability of automations while coordinating incident management and solutions architecture for the Blue Prism platform. Collaborating effectively with technical teams and stakeholders, you will enhance IPA governance and optimize existing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Blue Prism Control Room for seamless automation
• Manage incidents and identify solutions for bot failures
• Facilitate business continuity during technical issues
