Integrator (SHM)
- Expert on SHM solution to support SHM deployment.
- Capture the business needs and translate them into a solution.
- Ensure End-to-End integration within the SHM suite and the existing Information System.
Information Technology, Citrix, SQL, Data format (XML/CSV/XLS), XSLT language, SHARP background is a bonus.
- Preparation including means to access and feed the solution (printers, barcode readers)
- Provide day-to-day functional & technical support to the Business Units already deployed with SHM solution (run mode) using SEP ticketing systems
- Monitor system alerts for already SHM deployed programs to anticipate any system malfunction
- Analyse, challenge and answer defects/evolutions in a timely manner / escape topics with elements required for the analysis and with the right priority into their/our ticketing system setting up cation plans
