About This Role

This role is responsible for the successful implementation of client onboarding and subsequent customer journey as customers are transacting with Staples Professional through an eProcurement integration. This includes projects involving punchout catalogs, purchase order (PO) and Invoice ERP transmission. Responsibilities include executing key customer deliverables to the highest satisfaction while effectively managing company costs, project quality and ensuring committed timelines are met.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and customer meetings, schedule milestones, and notify appropriate internal stakeholders of key points in the project process.
• Track project progress through Salesforce.com (SFDC) and address and/or correct issues or risks, or notify appropriate business partners for support, consensus or guidance.
