Job Summary
Flex is looking for an Integration Processes Superintendent located in Guadalajara, North Campus. The role reports to the Operations Manager and leads manual assembly and integration processes within a 100% manual manufacturing environment, ensuring quality, responsiveness, and operational efficiency.
Typical Day / Responsibilities
Responsible for the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment. Manages a team of professionals (e.g., engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness requirements. Reviews daily plant operating performance, evaluates areas impacting performance, and advises on changes in operating conditions to improve efficiency/quality. Troubleshoots and analyzes operational problems and advises on resolution. Holds regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational understanding/capability.
