About The Role
Integration / Platform Engineers are the architects of system connectivity within the Digital Support & AI organization. They ensure that all platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, AWS Connect, knowledge systems, AI pipelines, and data stores are reliably integrated and talking to each other. This role is foundational: without well‑built integrations, AI agents can't access knowledge, automation flows can't trigger correctly, and analytics can't receive accurate data.
Platform Engineers build and maintain the infrastructure that makes everything else work.
What You Will Do
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between core platforms: Salesforce, Zendesk, AWS Connect, and AI/knowledge systems
- Develop and maintain data pipelines that move knowledge content, case data, and AI outputs between systems
