Integration and Field Support Engineer (IFSE)

Your role will support Trials/Proof of Concepts (PoC), project implementation and maintenance phases across the regional business, through design, integration, upgrade and troubleshooting activities.

• Ensure proper integration of the Agnet solution in the customer environment during deployment, from design to commissioning.
• Perform maintenance and upgrades of deployed Agnet systems.
• Process customer‑reported technical queries and incidents (Incident Management); investigate incidents following defined support procedures.
• Inform customers and authorized contact persons of processing status and ensure contractually agreed service levels are met.
