As an Integration Analyst at Duetto, you will be at the centre of our growing partner ecosystem - certifying new integrations, supporting partners through development and testing, and ensuring our platform seamlessly connects with the wider hospitality tech landscape.
What You'll Be Doing
- Execute end-to-end integration testing with partners, ensuring seamless functionality and a smooth path to certification.
- Provide hands-on API integration and testing support - working internally across Product, Engineering and Support, and externally with our partner network.
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve API and web-service integration issues, acting as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams during Pilot and Beta processes.
- Document and maintain accurate integration configurations and manuals, keeping everything transparent and up-to-date for the Integration Product team.
