Integrated Logistic Support Specialist (GENERALIST)

Position Summary

Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist – Generalist to join the Integrated Logistics Support team, primarily supporting Engineering Changes (EC) for the AJISS contract supporting the Royal Canadian Navy’s Arctic and Offshore Patrol Vessels (AOPV) and Joint Support Ship (JSS) programs. The role ensures continued system supportability by defining and implementing ILS requirements for systems undergoing ECs, updating ILS documentation, managing subcontractor deliverables, and performing hands‑on ILS tasks as needed. Responsibilities include leading technical logistics support analyses, work package planning, scope and resource management, budgeting, risk mitigation, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication to facilitate timely program delivery. Reporting to the LSA Manager, the specialist works closely with other Work Package Managers and cross‑functional teams.
