• Monitor multiple client site video feeds and alarms
• Assess incidents in real-time and follow protocols
• Utilize two-way radio for effective communication
• Act swiftly to manage alarm events and their resolutions
• Maintain accurate logs of all monitored incidents
Requirements:
• One year of experience in security or monitoring dispatch
• Strong situational awareness and sound judgment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
