About the Role

Integrated Demand Manager – WDG is a strategic, permanent, full‑time role at Cyncly located in Lisbon, offering a hybrid working model. The position consolidates previously split regional responsibilities into a single global role, reporting directly to the Global Industry Demand Director and working closely with WDG sales, product marketing, revenue operations and global integrated demand functions.

Audience, Market Expertise & Demand Strategy

Own and maintain Target Account Lists (TAL) for the WDG business unit worldwide, ensuring alignment with sales and revenue operations.

• Drive net new demand focused on pipeline generation within whitespace accounts and defined target accounts.
• Develop deep market expertise on the WDG industry, its buyers, competitive landscape and regional trends.
