We are looking for an empathetic, detail-oriented Intake Specialist!
**REMOTE / Weekends OFF**
Shift: M- F 6:00 PM - 9:00 AM **EST** (priority coverage during these hours).
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients.
You will be responsible for collecting and verifying essential case information, assessing client needs, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
If you feel comfortable working overnight, conducting client interviews, working with personal/sensitive information, and have previous experience in customer service or administrative support within a law firm, this position is for you!
