QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in a direct customer contact position is preferred.
- Customer service orientation; energetic and outgoing personality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate professionally, effectively and with empathy in potentially difficult circumstances.
- Multitasking skills and a detail‑oriented focus required for a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Internet and mainstream web browsers.
- Bilingual – English/Spanish a plus.
SHIFT
Training 8:00AM to 4:00PM GDL time (1–2 weeks)
Scheduled Monday to Friday 7:00AM – 4:00PM
Operation hours 7:00AM – 7:30PM.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Monthly base salary $16,000.
Monthly net $13,800 – monthly gross performance bonus up to $5,100, metrics based on intake and perfect attendance...
