Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile and personable Intake Specialist who will also serve as a receptionist and provide light administrative support. In this role you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, helping create a professional and welcoming experience from the very first call or message. Your day‑to‑day work will blend client communication, legal intake, calendaring, and document support, making you a key contributor to smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST (USA)
