**This is a WORK ON SITE position to work in our site at Angelopolis, Puebla. Weekly salary: up to $3,700. 2 days off (Sundays + another day at midweek, and some positions available to work Mon-Fri). All benefits and 100% paid training.**
Insurance Customer Service Representative provides a valuable connection between insurance customers and policy providers. In this role, will be responsible for answering customer queries, dealing with complaints, and giving potential customers detailed information about the products. It may also be required to review a customer’s policy and direct calls to sales agents when a policy needs to be initiated or upgraded.
