**The Insurance Document Processing Specialist** position will directly support the insurance sales team. The role is critical to freeing up the sales reps time and helping to maximize revenue on projects. You will be communicating daily with sales representatives, sales managers, sales support team and the sales support manager. Contract and financial document review is equally as important so this role does require someone who is both outgoing and detailed.

What Are We Looking for?_**
- A Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of professional sales support experience
- CRM Experience.

- Taking calls throughout the day from sales reps in the field
- Uploading Documents from Insurance Sales Reps
- Insurance Approvals
- Change of work orders
- Mortgage Documents- Filling them out and providing documentation
