Insurance Defense Associate – Toronto Laxton Glass LLP is a busy, growing, and energetic insurance litigation firm with an active practice in all insurance related matters and, in particular, Tort Claims (including automobile tort, commercial general liability, and property tort claims), Accident Benefits (navigating first‑party accident benefits claims, including representation before the Licence Appeal Tribunal), Priority and Loss Transfer Disputes, Occupiers’ Liability claims, Product and Professional Liability disputes, Professional Negligence claims and matters involving Property Losses and Fraud. We offer an opportunity to lawyers with 0-5 years of related insurance litigation experience. This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of two in‑office days per week.
